Each appointment is guided by your practitioner, with the treatment areas and session rhythm adjusted to your comfort, goals and suitability.
Day 1: consultation, acupoint activation and heat support
Day 1 takes approximately 2 hours and includes consultation, acupoint activation and heat support.
Days 2-7: heat support, contour and relax
From day 2 to day 7, clients attend daily for approximately 60 minutes. Each session focuses on heat support, contour cream and time to relax while the warmth supports the treatment routine.
Follow-up offer: three times weekly
After the first 7 days, three-times-weekly sessions are recommended at £120 for 3 sessions, currently reduced from £150 with a 20% offer.

The dietary guidance is designed to be realistic and easy to follow. It focuses on warm hydration, lighter evening habits and balanced meals without overcomplication.
Warm water is encouraged throughout the day. Avoid cold drinks where possible, especially during the first phase of the programme.
After 7pm, avoid food where possible. Water is fine. This gives the body a simpler evening routine.
Aim to feel comfortably satisfied, not overly full. This gentle habit can make the plan easier to maintain.
Choose ONE meat or seafood, ONE carbohydrate, ONE vegetable and ONE fruit. Avoid deep fried or greasy food during the programme.
