By booking and receiving treatment at Acu Spirit Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both patient and practitioner and to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional clinical environment.
1. Scope of Practice
Our services include acupuncture, Chinese herbal consultation, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and other traditional Chinese medicine modalities.
All treatments are tailored to individual health needs based on TCM assessment principles.
We do not offer medical diagnoses or replace advice given by your GP or medical specialist.
2. Health Information
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide full and accurate information regarding medical history, current health conditions, medications (including steroids or anticoagulants), allergies, or recent surgeries.
Please notify us of any changes to your health prior to each session.
3. Consent to Treatment
All patients will be asked to sign a consent form before receiving treatment.
Treatment will not proceed without informed consent.
4. Safety and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or if the patient behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
We accept card and cash payments. Some insurance invoices may be issued upon request but payment must still be made upfront unless prior arrangement has been confirmed.

8. Limitation of Liability
