Refund Policy
At Acu Spirit Healing Centre, we are committed to providing professional care and transparent policies for our patients.
1. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee:
* £25 for standard 60-minute session
* £35 for extended 90-minute session
Missed appointments without prior notice (No-Shows) will be charged the same fee, based on the session type booked.
2. Refunds for Prepaid Packages
Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
If you prepay for a package or a series of sessions and later choose not to continue, unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:
* Completed sessions will be recalculated at the full single-session rate (not the discounted package rate)
* A £10 administration fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
* Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of your last appointment
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled patients.
The full session fee applies, regardless of actual treatment time.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a No-Show, and the relevant fee will apply:
* £25 for 60-minute session
* £35 for 90-minute session
